Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction
  5. Statement that you consent to service of process from the complainant

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to our website and terminate accounts of any users who infringe intellectual property rights of others.
